Benefits of soaking your face in ice water

Soaking our face is one of the best remedy to keep your face glowing, smooth and reduce acnes. Ice-cubes are said to be one of the secret weapon for beauty. Its inexpensive yet can give you the best results. A practice that is known to be well-practiced by Korean woman who are well known for their elaborate beauty routine.

All you have to do is take a big bowl of icy water and soak your face for 30 seconds, and with a soft cloth, mildly dap your face. Do it maximum twice or trice, one in the morning and evening. Another way is take three to four ice cubes, roll it into a soft cloth and then in circular motions, rub it on your face gently.
