Benefits of soaking your face in ice water
Soaking

you have to do is take a big bowl of icy water and soak your face for 30
seconds, and with a soft cloth, mildly dap your face. Do it maximum twice or
trice, one in the morning and evening. Another way is take three to four ice
cubes, roll it into a soft cloth and then in circular motions, rub it on your
face gently.
